This Copyright & Editorial Policy explains how our own copyrighted materials are protected, how they may be used, and how to report copyright concerns. It also explains how third-party brand assets—including company names, trademarks, logos, media, and other proprietary materials—may be featured, mentioned, referenced, or depicted across our platforms and within our Service offerings.

Unless otherwise stated, the following content published on goldlight.ca is the property of Golden Aura Group and protected under Canadian copyright laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Proprietary Golden Aura Group Logos, trademarks, and brand assets included but not limited to: GØLDLIGHT, GØLDLIGHT GATHER, GØLDLIGHT GLOW, and GØLDLIGHT GLAM.
- Select product photography, marketing visuals, campaign imagery, and event photos created by, designed by, or commissioned for Golden Aura Group. This selection does not include third-party media licensed by the Company.
- The overall visual design, structure, and arrangement of content on our website. The website’s underlying software, code, or payment processor, which are the property of our eCommerce platform provider, Shopify, or its affiliates.
- Any usage of our copyrighted & licensed content to other service lines, subsidiaries, or future acquirers is at the sole discretion of the founder of Golden Aura Group. No automatic transfer or assignment of copyrighted content will occur during acquisitions or mergers; all copyrighted media must be considered and negotiated on a standalone basis.

Our platform’s users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Golden Aura Group’s copyrighted materials solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not, without prior written consent from Golden Aura Group:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our copyrighted materials, whether visually, digitally, or through AI-based generation, without written permission from a Company representative.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or proprietary notices contained in our materials.

- Members of our team or contracted individuals often capture photographs, videos, and other digital content during our events & gatherings to document and promote the GØLDLIGHT experience (Re: Terms of Service).
- The aforementioned proprietary or commissioned media may be published or shared across Golden Aura Group’s official platforms, including, but not limited to, our website, social media channels, digital promotions, and other online or offline marketing channels. Regarding commissioned media, the Company maintains an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-revocable license to use, re-use, edit, and propagate the media for commercial use as well as usage by brand representatives & project collaborators’ personal channels.
- Event media may also be made accessible to attendees via Google Drive, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Music Licensing

- Golden Aura Group obtains all necessary licenses to play music at our events & gatherings in compliance with applicable copyright laws and performing rights regulations. Golden Aura Group does not own the songs or their underlying copyrights; all rights remain with the respective copyright holders.
- Attendees may access playlists or songs associated with our events & gatherings via Golden Aura Group’s official Spotify page. Such access to event music is provided solely for entertainment purposes, not commercial gain.

- Golden Aura Group (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”) uses commercially licensed third-party media across its platforms, including website pages, social media channels, and other company communications. This media may include images, photographs, videos, TikToks, Reels, and other digital content. The majority of stock content is sourced from Canva Pro and Pexels, for which Golden Aura Group has obtained valid licenses authorizing commercial use across its platforms.
- All commercially licensed content is selected and, where applicable, adapted solely for illustrative purposes to support the presentation of Golden Aura Group’s services and offerings. Efforts have been made to ensure the content reasonably reflects the nature of our experiences, however, the aforementioned media is for informational and illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or representation of actual attendee experiences.
- Use of commercially licensed content is strictly governed by the terms of the applicable stock licenses and by applicable copyright law. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the licensed content outside Golden Aura Group’s platforms is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized through the applicable license(s).

Commercial affiliation with these brands will be clearly referenced using terms including but not limited to ‘brand collaborator’, ‘collaborator,’ ‘collaboration’, ‘in collaboration with’, ‘collaborated/ing with/on’, ‘brand partner’, ‘partner,’ ‘in partnership with’, ‘partnered/ing with/on’, ‘affiliate’, ‘affiliated with’, ‘in association with’, ‘working with’, ‘worked with’, ‘co-branded’, ‘co-branded with’, ‘co-branding’, ‘presented by’, ‘supported by’, ‘powered by’, ‘sponsored by’, ‘endorsed by’, ‘produced by’.
All other features, appearances, mentions, references, or depictions of third-party proprietary brand assets and intellectual property—including company names, brand names, trademarks, logos, media, and any other protected materials—are used only to the extent reasonably necessary for factual, informational, nominative, or editorial purposes. Such use is non-commercial, not intended nor likely to imply permission from, materially alter, misrepresent, disparage, or negatively portray the respective brands. All inclusions of non-partner brands are strictly contextual and do not imply or signify ownership, affiliation with, partnership with, collaboration with, endorsement from, sponsorship from, or permission from the respective brands. Upon request from a rights holder, we will review and address any concerns regarding the appearance of their intellectual property.
Editorial Moodboards
- Several brands visible on our platforms—notably on the ‘Moodboards’ section on our website’s Lookbook Page—may appear on our platforms as official collaborators or partners under expressly presented agreements. Commercial affiliation with these brands will be clearly referenced using terms including but not limited to ‘brand collaborator’, ‘collaborator,’ ‘collaboration’, ‘in collaboration with’, ‘collaborated/ing with/on’, ‘brand partner’, ‘partner,’ ‘in partnership with’, ‘partnered/ing with/on’, ‘affiliate’, ‘affiliated with’, ‘in association with’, ‘working with’, ‘worked with’, ‘co-branded’, ‘co-branded with’, ‘co-branding’, ‘presented by’, ‘supported by’, ‘powered by’, ‘sponsored by’, ‘endorsed by’, ‘produced by’.

All other features, appearances, mentions, references, or depictions of third-party proprietary brand assets and intellectual property—including company names, brand names, trademarks, logos, media, and any other protected materials—are used only to the extent reasonably necessary for factual, informational, editorial, or nominative-identification purposes. Such use is non-commercial, not intended nor likely to imply permission from, materially alter, misrepresent, disparage, negatively portray the respective brands, or stylize their assets beyond what is reasonably necessary for identification. All inclusions of non-partner brands are strictly contextual and do not imply or signify ownership, affiliation with, partnership with, collaboration with, endorsement from, sponsorship from, or permission from the respective brands.
- In our PR kits, boxes, experiences, giveaways, prizes, and raffles, we may include curated collections of beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and edible products, vouchers, or other items sourced from third-party brands to enhance attendees’ experiences before, during, and after our events. Some, none, or all of these brands’ products may appear in our PR packages strictly for giveaway purposes and not for resale. All such products are legally purchased, stored in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and will not be sold, resold, or commercially exploited by Golden Aura Group. Inclusion of third-party products does not imply or signify ownership, affiliation with, partnership with, collaboration with, endorsement from, sponsorship from, or permission from the respective brands. All third-party intellectual property associated with these products, including trademarks, logos, and packaging, remains the exclusive property of the respective brands. Any enhancements, additions, omissions, or combinations applied to these respective third parties’ products, vouchers, or other items are independently implemented by Golden Aura Group for presentation or experiential purposes and are not intended nor likely to imply permission from, materially alter, misrepresent, disparage, or negatively portray the respective brands & products.
Event Pages & Menus
- Select brands—notably culinary establishments and beverage providers—may appear on our platforms—notably on the Event Pages and Menu sections of our website—as official collaborators or partners under expressly presented agreements. All other features, appearances, mentions, references, or depictions of third-party proprietary brand assets and intellectual property—including company names, brand names, trademarks, logos, media, and any other protected materials—are used only to the extent reasonably necessary for factual, informational, nominative, or editorial purposes. Such use is non-commercial, not intended nor likely to imply permission from, materially alter, misrepresent, disparage, negatively portray the respective brands, or stylize their assets beyond what is reasonably necessary for identification. All inclusions of non-partner brands are strictly contextual and do not imply or signify ownership, affiliation with, partnership with, collaboration with, endorsement from, sponsorship from, or permission from the respective brands & establishments. The respective culinary establishments & beverage providers are listed on our Event Pages & Menus to indicate sourcing of meal components, alcoholic components, or other edible items for the sole purposes of transparency and allowing our audience to discover new local offerings.
- Upon sourcing meal components, alcoholic components, or other edible items from third-party establishments, Golden Aura Group may replate, repackage, restyle, visually enhance, temperature control, add additional edible components, sides and garnishes, omit certain components, sides, and garnishes, pair with other ingredients, or combine culinary offerings from multiple establishments. These alterations are independently implemented by Golden Aura Group for presentation or experiential purposes and are not intended nor likely to imply permission from, materially alter, misrepresent, disparage, or negatively portray the respective establishments. All inclusions of non-partner brands are strictly contextual and do not imply or signify ownership, affiliation with, partnership with, collaboration with, endorsement from, sponsorship from, or permission from the respective brands & establishments.
- All culinary handling and alterations comply with applicable Health Canada regulations and Provincial Food Handlers standards. Golden Aura Group is not responsible for cross-contamination arising from the sourcing, handling or modification of culinary offerings at our events. All meal components or other edible items from third-party establishments are legally obtained and purchased via pickup, takeout, delivery, or catering services. The purchase of an event ticket by our attendees does not constitute the purchase of the meals themselves and shall not be construed as resale by Golden Aura Group. Attendees receive these meals strictly as part of the experiential event offering; they are not resold for commercial purposes. Alcoholic beverages provided as part of the event will be sold & served in compliance with applicable licensing laws, and are supplied either through a licensed provider or under Golden Aura Group’s own authorized permits.

- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

- The Company may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.
- All customers, employees, and independent contractors are required to comply with the most current version of this policy, regardless of whether they have only read or signed previous versions. The Company will always make revised policies available through its designated channels.
- Material changes relevant to customers and company platform users (e.g., Major changes in: customer financial rights, the terms and pricing of subscription based-offerings, customer data management, collection and storage, customer & company liability or legal rights) will be communicated through reasonable notice, as determined at the sole discretion of the Company. Customers’ & users’ continued use of our platforms & Services after such notice will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
- Material changes relevant to employees & independent contractors (e.g., Major adjustments regarding: compensation, benefits, hours, or obligations that significantly affect rights or responsibilities) will be communicated through reasonable notice, as determined at the sole discretion of the Company. Employees’ & independent contractors’ continued employment or commercial involvement with the Company and its representatives will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
- In the event that any provision of this Policy is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from the Policy, and such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
