Welcome to the website and Services of Golden Aura Group (“we,” “us,” “our”, “the Company”), owner of flagship brand GØLDLIGHT, and website goldlight.ca. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, product offerings, and service offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By placing an order, booking with us, purchasing from us, or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
For the purposes of this Event Safety & Liability Policy, “Company Platforms” include all digital channels operated, owned, or managed by Golden Aura Group, including but not limited to: websites, mobile applications, Ticketing portals, social media accounts, email newsletters and SMS communications

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content on Company Platforms that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.
You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party on Company platforms.

By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. To attend our in-person events you must be at least 19+.
- You have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under the age of majority.
- Residents of Quebec should be aware that our website and Services may not comply with Quebec’s Bill 96 language requirements. Therefore our website & Services are not specifically tailored towards residents of Quebec.

We may modify, reschedule, or substitute elements of the Service (including but not limited to pricing, materiality, date, scope) if required due to vendor availability, safety concerns, legal restrictions, or other operational factors. We agree to notify you of such changes as soon as possible. Golden Aura Group shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from service modifications, substitutions, or rescheduling

All equipment provided by Golden Aura Group—including decor, tools, display items, and electronics—is for event purposes only. Unauthorized personal use is strictly prohibited.
Customers must handle all equipment with care and follow any usage instructions provided. Customers are financially responsible for any loss or damage to Golden Aura Group equipment beyond normal wear and tear, including repair or replacement costs.
Our Services, products, or equipment may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including transmitting harmful software or violating local laws.
You may not sell, rent, or transfer any Golden Aura Group products, equipment, or services without prior written approval from a Company Executive.
Golden Aura Group is not responsible for equipment failure or loss of functionality during events
Golden Aura Group makes reasonable efforts to depict the appearance, colors, and textures of its products and Services accurately on Company platforms and in promotional materials. However, actual products or services may differ from images or descriptions due to factors including, but not limited to, photographic lighting, monitor or device settings, and the use of stock or illustrative images. By using our services or purchasing products, you acknowledge and accept that Golden Aura Group does not guarantee exact representation, and shall not be liable for any discrepancies between images, descriptions, or actual products or services.

Event Expectations:
We keep our routine events intimate & exclusive, typically hosting 30–50 guests per event.
Most events run for 3–4 hours—long enough for you to enjoy the full experience without draining your social battery.
At many of our routine events we serve our zero-proof energizing SIGNATURE SIPS™. Our community members often host pre-event meetups 🥂. These meetups are independently organized and are not operated, sponsored, or affiliated with us.
VIP Members receive exclusive invites to private events at which alcohol may be served.
Commercial Events at which alcohol will be served are executed in collaboration with liquor licensed restaurants, liquor licensed caterers, or under a Private SOP to ensure compliance with Ontario liquor laws.
Allergy Notice:
We regularly use the following ingredients in the food & drinks we serve: tree nuts, dairy, eggs, seafood, soy, wheat, gluten, and sesame.
Please carry an EpiPen if you have a severe allergy to any of the following foods: almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, as we regularly include these items in the food & drinks we serve.
Meals containing peanuts, cashews, and pine nuts are NOT intentionally purchased or served, however we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination has occurred through our vendors or shared preparation facilities.

The companies & brands listed within the menu items featured on our event pages are not commercially endorsing, endorsed by, affiliated with, or partnered with GØLDLIGHT, nor Golden Aura Group—unless otherwise explicitly specified. Re: Copyright & Editorial Policy.
The pre-event meetups mentioned on our Event pages are independently organized by attendees and are not operated by, funded by, promoted by, or affiliated with GØLDLIGHT, nor Golden Aura Group. Neither GØLDLIGHT nor Golden Aura Group supplies, distributes, sells, reimburses, or endorses alcohol at these events.
Neither GØLDLIGHT nor Golden Aura Group has oversight, involvement, promotion, or material endorsement of these meetups. Hosts volunteer and make all decisions independently and are not compensated or incentivized.
Availability Notice:
Creative materials at our Events' experiences & activities are available while supplies last. Availability cannot be guaranteed; however, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all participants.
Food and drinks at our events are served while supplies last. On the Event pages, “Unlimited” refers to no per-guest service limit. Menu offerings are subject to availability and may change without notice. Comparable substitutions may be provided where necessary. Menu changes, substitutions, sell-outs, or run-outs do not warrant a refund, credit, or price adjustment.
Customer Acknowledgements:
By purchasing a ticket to our events, you confirm you are 19+ and agree to our Terms of Service. Photography and videography may take place at this event. By attending our events, you consent to the use of your likeness on our public-facing platforms for ongoing promotional purposes.
Our Signature Sips™ contain caffeine. Guests are encouraged to consume responsibly.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior, harassment, or violence. Guests who arrive excessively intoxicated or display unsafe behavior during the event may be required to leave the premises without refund.
Ticket Refunds:
No, although we don't offer refunds on tickets, all tickets are transferrable unless explicitly specified otherwise.
If you can't make it to an event, feel free to give or resell your ticket to a friend. In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be refunded.

Company Services, products, and equipment may involve third-party vendors. While we select reputable partners, we are not liable for any issues caused directly by third-party products or services.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites or Servces. Third-Party Food & Beverage Disclaimer
Golden Aura Group may coordinate with independent third-party caterers, restaurants, or food and beverage providers to supply products for events. All such food and beverage items are predominantly prepared and handled by these external providers. Golden Aura Group does not control and is not responsible for the quality, preparation methods, handling, or ingredient selection used by third-party vendors.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that Golden Aura Group shall have no liability for any illness, allergic reaction, sickness, injury, or death resulting from the consumption of food or beverages supplied or delivered by third-party vendors & company affiliates, whether arranged directly by you or through Golden Aura Group.
Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are solely responsible for communicating such requirements in writing to the event organizer in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or fraudsters.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order or booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made online and in person.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Some items, experiences, or memberships on our website may be structured as deferred payments, subscriptions, or recurring purchases. By using our Subscription structure, you agree to abide by our partner platform's policy https://www.sealsubscriptions.com/articles/how-subscriptions-work, and authorize us to charge your payment method at the prices, frequency and dates listed on the relevant page(s) until your order is fulfilled or you cancel, if permitted.

Golden Aura Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using our Services, booking , or attending Golden Aura Group events, you acknowledge and agree that:
Participation involves inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, or loss, on-site or off-site.
Golden Aura Group does not guarantee the absolute safety of:
Event venues, facilities or environments
Equipment, furniture, or décor
Third-party services or products
Food and beverages
Attendees and clients are responsible for their own safety and the supervision of any minors in their care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Golden Aura Group, its employees, contractors, vendors, and partners from any claims, damages, and expenses arising negligence, misuse of equipment, breach of these Terms, or conditions beyond our reasonable control-including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party failures

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
By placing an order, using any Service, or purchasing any product from Golden Aura Group, you agree that:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy (“Dispute”) you have against the Company, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, its employees, its representatives, its owners, or its founders—including disputes related to contracts, torts, statutes, regulations, or any other legal theory—must first be submitted in writing to the Company for good-faith negotiation. Written notice may be delivered via email or registered mail and is considered received on the date the Company acknowledges receipt. By placing an order, using our Services, or purchasing any product from Golden Aura Group, you waive your right to pursue claims in court or in any tribunal against the Company, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, its employees, its representatives, its owners, and its founders. You may not participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, representative, or collective action—all Disputes must be brought individually.
The parties involved shall attempt to resolve the Dispute within 30 calendar days of receipt of notice. If the Dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association (CAA). The arbitrator must be impartial and experienced in business and employment matters. Arbitration will take place in Toronto, Ontario, and may be conducted in English or French. Each party will bear their own legal fees, and all administrative, arbitrator, and CAA filing fees will be split equally (50/50) unless the arbitrator decides otherwise based on the merits of the claim. The arbitrator’s decision is final, binding, and enforceable in any Canadian court of competent jurisdiction.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term of these Terms, Golden Aura Group may terminate your access to Services. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination

- The Company may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.
- All customers, employees, and independent contractors are required to comply with the most current version of this policy, regardless of whether they have only read or signed previous versions. The Company will always make revised policies available through its designated channels.
- Material Changes relevant to customers and company platform users (e.g., Major changes in: customer financial rights, the terms and pricing of subscription based-offerings, customer data management, collection and storage, customer & company liability or legal rights) will be communicated through reasonable notice, as determined at the sole discretion of the Company. Customers’ & users’ continued use of our platforms & Services after such notice will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
- Material Changes relevant to employees & independent contractors (e.g., Major adjustments regarding: compensation, benefits, hours, or obligations that significantly affect rights or responsibilities) will be communicated through reasonable notice, as determined at the sole discretion of the Company. Employees’ & independent contractors’ continued employment or commercial involvement with the Company and its representatives will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
- In the event that any provision of this Policy is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from the Policy, and such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
