By purchasing a ticket, attendees confirmed they are 19+ and agreed to our Terms of Service. Attendees were informed that photography and videography may take place at this event.

By attending, attendees consented to the use of their likeness in photos, videos, and other media for ongoing organic marketing and paid promotional purposes across our public-facing platforms, including our website, social media platforms, and brand materials across digital and physical channels.

For creative experiences where guests receive, customize, or create a keepsake or take-home item, all keepsakes were considered final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from manufacturer defects, natural staining, discoloration, variations in materials, normal wear and tear, or damage that occurs after the item has been received or taken home. Several of our Signature Sips™ contained caffeine. Guests were encouraged to consume responsibly.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior, harassment, or violence. Any attendees who arrived excessively intoxicated or displayed unsafe behavior during the event were subject to removal from the premises without refund, at GØLDLIGHT’s discretion.

We regularly use the following ingredients in the food & drinks we serve: tree nuts, dairy, eggs, seafood, soy, wheat, gluten, and sesame.

Guests were advised to carry an EpiPen if they had severe allergies to any of the following foods: almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, as we regularly include these items in the food & drinks we serve.

Meals containing peanuts, cashews, and pine nuts were NOT intentionally purchased or served at this event, however we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination has occurred through our vendors or shared preparation facilities.

In the scenario of an independently organized meetup taking place, GØLDLIGHT was authorized, with attendees’ express consent, to share their social media handles with independent organizers solely so they could contact interested attendees.

GØLDLIGHT does not supply, distribute, sell, reimburse, or endorse alcohol in connection with independently organized meetups. Hosts make all decisions independently and at their own discretion and do not organize or operate such meetups on behalf of, or in any official capacity for, GØLDLIGHT or Golden Aura Group.
