50% of contribution funds strengthen our DEI efforts—supporting initiatives and community partnerships designed to socially and financially uplift underrepresented team members & community members.
The other 50% of contribution funds will be equally distributed amongst six registered Canadian Charities who address the following concerns:
- Food Insecurity
- Housing Insecurity
- LGBTQIA+ Advocacy
- Mental Health Support
- Undocumented Immigrant Support
- Humanitarian Aid - Gaza, Palestine
